<div class=text-justify>My travels have never stopped me from enjoying (sometimes raging) my daily dose of @steemmonsters as it has been often accessible for me.  However, as I have been traveling out of country for my family Spring Break, I had the first challenging day of connecting with enough bandwidth to do so much while engaging in the ecosystem.  It has made me realize the amount of effort that it takes to keep up to speed here.  Given the roaming charges I will be paying, it will also probably be quite expensive relative to the gains but the fact is that my passion supersedes that and I love what I do here!  In fact, the fact that I could relax and write this post from here is pretty awesome!<p>

Sorry for rubbing it in but it is a great day here and wanted to share it with everyone! Yesterday, after finally settling in, I had decisions to make to remain connected and within minutes of landing I accepted the fact that I will just pay the roaming charges that come with this and started to engage when I had a chance.  I knew that my Steem Monster Daily Quests were available so I started to give it a try on my mobile device for the first time.  I was pleasantly surprised at how good it ran and even more happy that I was able to get some great results and complete the daily quests relatively quickly!

The interface works really well on the mobile device despite being on a 3G connection.  There were a few times that the images seemed somewhat glitched but it worked fine.  Sometimes, as usually occurs anyway, I had the case of fat fingers when selecting cards to play but overall it was easy to play. Even the claiming of the Reward Cards was easy and looked great visually!

It was such a great experience that I decided to join two tournaments while I was at it and the family was still settling in before dinner.  I have not had much luck this week with tournaments as competition is getting better and some players are just so great and choosing teams that it has been difficult to get great placements.  However, I continue to enjoy the experience and engaging with players during the tournaments.

I had never thought that it would be this seamless so I never really tried it but I am glad I did as now I can add it to the list of things that I can do when waiting for a meeting or on a boring conference call.  I had heard that a formal app was in the works and could only imagine how great that be if they can improve on something that is already good and works.  These options only improve the possibilities for us to add new users to the community as mobile devices are the leading way people around the world are being connected to one another.  It is also another example of how developing on the Steem blockchain continues to provide flexibility and demonstrate its capabilities.

The beginning of the vacation has been met with some challenges on my capabilities to get online and engage but it is often good to go through them as we can learn new things.  I am looking forward to getting some downtime to sit through a long session in the hopes of getting into Diamond Division sooner this season in order to get some extra Reward Edition cards.
