<div class=text-justify>After things just had started to slow down, these last two days have been crazy at work which have led me to fall again behind on my feed. However, I look forward to the weekend and spending some time online to catch up with the community. Particularly, it seems that the Spanish-speaking community has continued to grow quite substantially on the platform. this is not very surprising given the amount of challenges and adversity some of the community in the region has been experiencing as of late. I want to make an effort to start curating more of these users given the fact that I know the language very well.<p>

I started this Spanish-speaking effort with my first ever [post](https://busy.org/@newageinv/a-reference-guide-for-new-users-spanish-included) that included a translation from English this week. While I didn’t get any comments in Spanish, I have started to get some on my comments during migration efforts of these new users. My hope is that it can lead them to get more education and experience as they continue their onboarding experience. What has been interesting to see is the trend of some of these communities to make two introduction post; one in English and the other in their native language. This bilingual approach has the opportunity for these users to have a broader community. I think it is a great approach for those aspiring to grow in the ecosystem.

Given this new approach, I have started to curate the introduction post in both languages. Here are examples of these comments:

These changes were made by myself given feedback I had received in the last couple weeks as I had previously mentioned. Having said that, I am opening to receiving additional feedback and adjusting accordingly as I believe it is important to attract users to the post in order for them to have education and knowledge under the belts as they venture forward in our ecosystem.

@bluntcrypto is a [new user](https://partiko.app/@bluntcrypto/a-little-introduction) from South Africa that has had quite a traveling experience in the region. After attending over a dozen schools he finally finished and got into managing businesses in the hospitality industry but was soon drawn into the information technology sector in his entrepreneurial spirit. after all the up and downs that we all experience in life, he has now settled and continues to work in the IT sector in addition to some of the passions he’s gained along the way such as gardening and being in the outdoors in addition to participating in the cryptocurrency world which he will share here going forward.

@charlscjpp is a young Venezuelan [graphic designer](https://partiko.app/@charlscjpp/aloha-steemit) that has found a passion for the arts since he was young. He currently works independently in graphic design after becoming an expert at early age when introduced to Photoshop. In his love for art he enjoys music and photography while outdoors as he loves to be surrounded by nature.  He also has the interesting skills of being a masseuse and aerial acrobats!  He is able to capture these experiences with his camera and looks forward to sharing them with the community.

@dianadesigns is an [artist from Costa Rica](https://partiko.app/@dianadesigns/hola-hola-mi-primer-post-y-cosas-sobre-mi) that prevailed through adversity of health issues to discover web design which helped her create her own business given the growth of the Internet years ago. She has gotten more involved with sketching as she has battled through challenges in her life. She continues to have her own on my own business as well as enjoys time with her cat. She enjoys nature, animals, and beach liked many in that beautiful country.

@greysortizf is a [young Venezuelan](https://partiko.app/@greysortizf/mi-pequena-introduccion) many others as buyers to travel outside her country despite not been able to have this moment. She enjoys the time and experiences traveling traveling within the country with her family. She looks forward to engaging on Steem so that she can experience the world through the lens of others. She also enjoys CrossFit and is an animal lover.  she has also been part of the new trend for Spanish-speaking users to post to introductions both languages which is a great way to find more.

@neybel is a [public health inspector](https://partiko.app/@neybel/starting-at-the-steemit-community) in Venezuela which I imagine is an interesting profession these last couple of years. She has been traveling around the country helping rule families prevent insect borne diseases. Given the challenges of the country which everyone is aware of, she decided to resign to dedicate herself to another passion, artisan bakery. She hopes to share her knowledge of health recipes and doing good to set an example for her country while here on Steem.

I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform.  I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
