Hello everyone, Welcome to the second task of the Newbies Initiative First Edition 2023 which we discussed [Hive Guidelines](https://peakd.com/hive-153850/@prayzz/newbies-tutorial--the-dos-and-dont-of-hive), [Markdowns](https://peakd.com/tutorial/@carrieallen/ultimate-markdown-tutorial), and [Canva Tutorials](https://peakd.com/hive-153850/@ksam/qozoqijp). 

This task would focus on testing the newbies on their knowledge of what is expected of them as an author on Hive, with their skill in creating thumbnails for thier posts.
