There weren't many sales again this week, but we expect these numbers to continue until the end of the year when our pool should be worth around 500 Hives.

So this week we had an increase of 17,611 Hive for the pool from post earnings, pretty much in line with what we received the previous week.

### THE POOL
Thanks to these two data that we have just collected, we can find out the amount of the pool quite easily, from which, however, as usual, we have already removed the 40 Hive needed to cover the costs of new releases and giveaways.

Compared to last week, the earnings deriving from our posting works jumped forward by 2.4%.
As usual, even if the sales are not very high, your earnings from the pool still increase thanks to our posting works that slowly earn slices of the pool.

At the time of writing this post, 425.503 DEC is equivalent to approximately 0.937 Hive.
We are therefore distributing approximately 0.076 more Hive than last week.
We can also see in the table above how @blumela's delegation of HP allows him to earn more than @lozio71 who has one more point in the pool.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 48.724 Hive. 3,952 more Hives than last week.
This means that we are having an annual return of approximately 9.74% on the initial investment made. The 0.22% increase if we compare it with the previous week.

Cari amici di Gimmi oggi torniamo ad analizzare un po' di numeri del nostro fantastico progetto di Passive Earn NFT.
Il consueto appuntamento del venerdì vede protagonisti tutti i progressi delle pool, le reward di oggi, la vostra percentuale di guadagni e il rientro annuo per ogni singola tipologia di NFT...con una sorpresina grafica che speriamo possa essere di vostro gradimento. ;)

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 17,611 Hive per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post, abbastanza in linea con quanto ricevuto la settimana precedente.
### LA POOL
Grazie a questi due dati che abbiamo appena raccolto andiamo a scoprire l'ammontare della pool abbastanza facilmente, alla quale però, come al solito, abbiamo già tolto i 40 Hive necessari per coprire i costi di nuove uscite e giveaway.
La pool ammonta così a
311,400 + 84,043 - 40 = **355,843 Hive**
Questa settimana la pool è aumentata di 44,611 Hive
Rispetto alla settimana passata i guadagni derivanti dalle nostre opere di posting subiscono un balzo in avanti del 2,4%.
Come al solito, anche se le vendite non sono altissime, i vostri guadagni dalla pool aumentano comunque grazie alle nostre opere di posting che piano piano guadagnano fette di pool.

Ad oggi dovremmo distribuire 425,503 DEC settimanali divisi come vedete nella tabella sopra, 54,478 DEC in più rispetto alla settimana precedente.
Al momento in cui scriviamo questo post, 371,025 DEC equivalgono a circa 0,937 Hive.
Stiamo distribuendo quindi circa 0,076 Hive in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana.
Possiamo inoltre notare nella tabella sopra come la delega di HP di @blumela gli permette di guadagnare di più di @lozio71 che ha un punto in più nella pool.
Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 48,724 Hive. 3,952 Hive in più rispetto alla settimana passata.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il **9,74%** totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto. Lo 0,22% di incremento se lo confrontiamo con la settimana precedente.
### E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?
Ma andiamo a vedere anche questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT, ma lo facciamo in un modo forse più accattivante rispetto alle settimane passate.
Andiamo a vedere infatti l'andamento settimanale dell'API per ogni tipologia di NFT.
Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 6,53% annuo. Due settimane fa aveva invece un API del 5,80%.
L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 7,78% annuo, mentre due settimane fa era al 6,95%
Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 10,17%. Due settimane fa invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.
Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 11,03% all'anno, mentre due settimana fa il 10,43%.
Questo un piccolo riepilogo dei valori di questa settimana.
