Well... there's that 

I don't think it ever really ends. The connecting and the learning. 

What I did find is that I reached a point where not much rattled me anymore. 

Things that used to trigger the hell out of me became "oh... it's that trigger and that experience" and I simply carried on going about my day

Then I got to the point where I completely lost interest in digging down the rabbit hole because it became same old, same old.

I think we carry our experience always and forever 

But, like all grief, there comes a time we look back or remember and it's just "that time" 

It loses its power if you sit with it long enough, like anything I suppose 👍
