#### <center> I am finally writing my application for the Alliance. I know that *someone* was patiently waiting for this so here it is! ;) Before I start answering the three main questions, I would like to introduce myself briefly to the Alliance community (and whoever is reading this). </center>
</br>
My name is Nikolina and I am from a small country in Europe called Serbia. I was studying Tourism at the University of Novi Sad but never got around to finish it, so this is still on my to-do list. In two days I am going to "celebrate" 14 months on Steemit. It's been an amazing journey so far and I'm looking forward to see this platform grow even bigger and stronger. 
I love to drink coffee, watch sunsets, read books, dance, travel... In the last couple of years I am focusing a lot of self-development and trying to be the best version of myself I can be. I enjoy learning about different things, places, cultures, experiences, opinions - that's one of the reasons I love Steemit, there's always something new to discover and interesting people to meet.

#### <center> How did you find #thealliance? </center>
</br>
First time I noticed this tag, was on my friend's @hazem91 posts. Since a lot of his posts are actually poems, I thought that the Aliiance community was related to writing poetry. Then I started noticing that more people I follow use the tag in their posts. Those posts were about different subjects but with one thing in common - **they were all amazing!** So I asked Hazem about the Alliance and he explained me what it's all about, he made me very curious and interested in this community. I was also researching the tag a little bit here on Steemit and I like the posts related to it since I consider them to be of good quality.

#### <center> Why do you want to be here? </center>
</br>
As in life, here as well, I had my ups and downs but I never gave up on this platform. It feels like a home to me, where I can share a lot of things I'm interested in and I can say that I met people all over the world who became my great friends. My goal is to improve, to provide better quality and more interesting posts and I want to support those who share the same. I feel like this community has a lot of value, people have good intentions and a lot of creativity is involved. :)

#### <center> What qualities do you have that would make you a valued member of the family? </center> 
</br>
I love sharing parts of my life, my thoughts and experiences - in and out of Steemit. Like I said, I am determined to create better posts and to focus of bringing more interesting stories. Inspired by some amazing, creative people I also got to be more open-minded and started exploring and trying out new things - I wrote my first two poems ever and shared them here and I feel like this is what the Alliance is about - inspiration, creativity and quality content.
Some of the things I am interested in include Zumba (fitness dance program) and that was my first ever challenge on Steemit when I reached 1000 followers - #zumbachallenge, traveling, gardening and countryside living, minimalism, self-development, photography, reading and my new one - poetry writing.
