Steemit is now at the breaking point

Everyone waited for upvotes in their posts.But they don't even give upvotes to others.

In that way how we New comers survive in steemit.Some guys worked hard for Steemit but they didn't get anything.In this way one day they will loss their hope and quit from steemit.

To maintain the neutrality of the community the high voting power members must help us to survive.

Otherwise we have to quit from steemit.

Steemit is a staking coin, everybody votes for themselves or within a group and the whales with big SP have their bots working.  How else can you explain that some posts gets 100's of votes with basically no views?
Something has to change or this platform is going nowhere.
