<div class="text-justify">Debemos saber disfrutar de las cosas que se nos presentan dándoles a cada situación un punto de vista, o un enfoque positivo. En la vida se nos presentan muchas situaciones: Momentos felices, momentos tristes, situaciones sencillas, otras más complicadas, días en los que estamos con ánimos de comernos el mundo, otros días en los que solo queremos apagarnos y así sucesivamente vamos viviendo la vida, diferentes días, diferentes circunstancias, diferentes momentos, pero viviendo que es lo importante.</div><br/>

><div class="text-justify">We must know how to enjoy the things that come our way, giving each situation a point of view, or a positive approach. In life we are presented with many situations: happy moments, sad moments, simple situations, others more complicated, days when we are in the mood to eat the world, other days when we just want to turn off and so on we live life, different days, different circumstances, different moments, but living is the important thing.</div><br/>

<div class="text-justify">Muchas veces no sabemos cómo actuar, o controlar esas situaciones “complicadas” que se nos presentan y permitimos así que esas energías negativas que provienen de esos difíciles momentos nos consuman y generen en nosotros un desgaste mental y físico, esta es una situación un tanto difícil de sobrellevar porque nuestra mente solo eta enfocada en ese momento en resolver tal problema y entonces nos cegamos, trancamos ese camino de posibilidades hacia una solución y eso no está mal, pero creo que debemos aprender cómo controlar este tipo de emociones.

Many times we do not know how to act, or control those "complicated" situations that we are presented with and so we allow those negative energies that come from those difficult moments consume us and generate in us a mental and physical wear, this is a difficult situation to cope with because our mind is only focused at that time to solve that problem and then we are blinded, we block that path of possibilities towards a solution and that is not bad, but I think we must learn how to control these kinds of emotions.

Es por eso que me encanta hoy hablar de esta frase “Disfruta de la cosas mirándolas desde una perspectiva diferente”. Si nos encontramos sofocados, frustrados, perturbados por alguna situación difícil, hagamos un “stop” a nuestros pensamientos, respiremos profundo y pausadamente, y mientras exhalamos todo ese aire que respiramos cerremos nuestros ojos y pensemos en todas las cosas positivas y maravillosas que hemos obtenido en la vida, les aseguro que ese lapso de tiempo no será suficiente para recordar tantas cosas bonitas y tendrán que repetir el ejercicio varias veces para lograr al menos contabilizar algunas de las tantas veces positiva de su vida, es entonces cuando se darán cuenta que son más las cosas maravillosas que hemos obtenido que esos “pequeños” problemas que nos perjudican. Esta es una terapia renovadora porque luego practicada nos sentimos mucho mejor y con la mentalidad abierta a muchas opciones, lo recomiendo.

That is why today I love to talk about this phrase "Enjoy things by looking at them from a different perspective". If we find ourselves suffocated, frustrated, disturbed by some difficult situation, let's make a "stop" to our thoughts, let's breathe deeply and slowly, and while we exhale all that air we breathe, let's close our eyes and think about all the positive and wonderful things we have obtained in life, I assure you that this lapse of time will not be enough to remember so many beautiful things and you will have to repeat the exercise several times to at least count some of the many positive things in your life, it is then when you will realize that there are more wonderful things that we have obtained than those "small" problems that harm us. This is a renewing therapy because after practicing it we feel much better and with an open mind to many options, I recommend it.

<div class="text-justify">Así que disfrutemos de esta manera lo que se nos presenta, intentemos siempre el no quedarnos “estancados” ante un momento complicado y bloquear nuestros pensamientos, démosle una pausa al problema, y respiremos profundo, porque si algo he aprendido en la vida es que todos los problemas por mas difíciles que sean siempre tienen una solución. Todo eta en saber buscar siempre el lado bueno de las cosas, porque siempre lo hay aunque veamos totalmente el camino oscuro, siempre hay un lado bueno, así sabemos disfrutar de todos eso momento con buena actitud porque al final son eso momentos los que hacen interesante este trayecto llamado vida. </div><br/>


><div class="text-justify">So let's enjoy in this way what comes our way, let's always try not to get "stuck" in a complicated moment and block our thoughts, let's give a pause to the problem, and take a deep breath, because if I have learned anything in life is that all problems, no matter how difficult they are, always have a solution. Everything is to know how to always look for the good side of things, because there is always a good side, even if we see the dark path, there is always a good side, so we know how to enjoy every moment with a good attitude, because in the end it is those moments that make this journey called life interesting.</div><br/>
