Is LEO a model that Hive should follow?

From the beginning I knew that to be part of Hive you had to make a name for yourself among the authors to attract the curators, obviously this implies a commitment to offer quality original publications, respecting the ideology of this social network.

In particular, I always preferred to publish in Leofinance because the profile of this portal is closer to my taste and knowledge, plus the members of this community are very knowledgeable about the economic and cryptocurrency topic, that is, I found my niche.

I wanted to try publishing in Hive and the difference is remarkable with respect to Leofinance despite the fact that the latter is a Dapp associated to the former. In particular, I noticed the lack of solidarity of the members, the absence of comments on the publications and the fact that the cures are usually addressed to a select group of authors. I immediately understood that it was going to be more complicated to monetize my publications on hive than on Leofinance.

The Leofinance reward system seems to me to be more equitable than hive's, since the curators are careful to give their ratings to those who publish their good work as well as to those who make good responses, thus encouraging interaction on the portal and motivating the authors to continue contributing their ideas.

Being a Dapp of Hive, Leofinance presents a very aesthetic and eye-catching design in its web portal, where the community has the opportunity to observe the most recent popular works and those that have been around for a long time in an orderly and neat way, different from the vision of Hive, which chose to maintain the same design before the fork with Steemit.

Perhaps the above may seem like a detail but it makes a big difference, same that is noticeable in the way LEO, being a token linked to Hive is better valued than its parent cryptocurrency. Let's see, both are different products united by the same project, in Hive coexists a much larger community than Leofinance and its ecosystem is designed to reward authors with its Hive crypto, the Hive Power and HDB.

The system is designed so that the value of the Hive increases as the Hive Power increases in the wallets of each member, however, to generate that increase curators and community must pact for the common benefit, some must create high quality works and the other curate with common sense for the benefit of the most good creators and not so much friends. The increase in the value of Hive does not correspond by the direct action of the activity in the community but by the push of Bitcoin on cryptocurrencies.

In the case of LEO, we are talking about a token that has a limit amount and the more of them that come to light the more its value increases. It likewise benefits from the increase in Hive value (hence Bitcoin) and also from its own interaction in the Leofinance community. The community in Leofiance works in function of benefiting the best rather than the friends, they usually distribute their valuations among the authors with the purpose that more works are rewarded with the community upvotes.

Every day I watch the stories of Leofiance members pondering the increase of their income through the LEO token, which they would not be able to see in comparison with their results in Hive. I am particularly excited by the personal stories, people who are able to pay off their debts, mortgages, their children's college, in short, LEO has made their lives change remarkably in a short period of time.

My personal case has been quite satisfactory, in the short time I have been in the community I have seen an important increase in my income through the LEO token, which I use to establish my own business. I have visited many banks to apply for credits but they were unsuccessfully denied, the curious thing is that my accumulated LEO tokens make me think that I can realize my dream in a short period of time, my independence and the future of my son are becoming clearer.

For me Hive is the future of cryptocurrencies, because of its methodology I have no doubt that it is on the right path but it should certainly be better for the common good, just as Leofinace does. Perhaps the other Dapps associated with Hive feel more identified with the great progress of Leofinance and its LEO token and follow the example of success that it represents.

Could this be a problem for Hive. I would argue that this is a valuable opportunity for Hive to organize the ecosystem to make it more democratic in this rewards thing, following the example that Lefinance is bringing within this same community. The future of Hive and LEO is bright, and the fact that so many people believe in both projects (myself included) means that it is on the right track. For Hive and LEO the sky is the limit.

Continued advancement is key. Once a company stops creating and producing new it quickly dies and people move on to something else. The constant new features etc being launch create hype and advancements in cryptocurrency as well as business and the world. While bitcoin is a store of value other systems like Ethereum and Hive understand that creating and constantly evolving are key.

That wouldn't be the case. LEO is not much valued than HIVE because it draws it value from HIVE. LEO is only doing what was meant to be ion Hive's second layer.

In this case, the word value has more to do with the usefulness of the LEO token than with the price of the token. Value is not the same as price, it is a qualitative rather than a quantitative assessment.
