The last time we escape from the burning church with Sean, Daniel and his mother to later appear in what seems to be the great canyon of El Colorado after spending the night. The views are wonderful, but as soon as both characters wake up they start to pick up their belongings and walk towards what looks like a small village inhabited by a few people.

It seems that a few days or weeks go by, Sean and Daniel begin to have a quieter life with their mother and these new people who we will get to know little by little as we become interested in their customs, lives and hobbies, the place as you can see, is deserted but full of life thanks to this friendly community that despite having learned of our situation and the things for which they blame us, they accept us as a member.

One of those days Sean, Daniel and his mother go into the desert again, carrying some basic things for their journey, there we learn that they are preparing a small informal wake, to somehow honor the memory of his late father since they could not say goodbye to him, it is a very emotional moment and as a player I felt it was absolutely necessary for them to do this, as it would allow them to gradually close this great wound.

After returning from that farewell and the next morning we will find a character that for those who have played the first installment of this game will recognize, for my part I had not realized until I had it in front of my eyes, it was unexpected, but I really appreciate these details by the developers. We will meet Chole's stepfather, he tells us a little about his life, how he regrets the person he was and how he misses his stepdaughter, who, as we already know, died in the previous game.

I thought at all times that this character was a complete idiot, because what we saw of him in the last installment was just that, a way to mislead the player to think that he was guilty but here we can really see that he is a person who went through a lot and that in his own way he cared for his loved ones, finally giving a worthy closure to this secondary character. In his caravan we can repair a radio and through it we will learn that we are looking for all the police in the country to arrest us, after learning of this Sean will tell his mother what happens and begin to plan how to leave the country.

In prison they recognize us almost immediately and begin to ask us to confess and explain the crimes we have committed. At all this, we begin to hear strange noises in the background and after a while our brother Daniel opens the door with his powers to free us. This situation was very tense because I had to make many decisions in a short time, but I managed to solve it in the most peaceful way possible or trying not to hurt the policemen so much.

Then we see Daniel open a letter where we see Sean and his girlfriend being happy on a beach in Mexico ending this great story.
