No-Advice here, ready to quench your thirst for knowledge (and cocktails) with a brand new series - Cocktail of the Week! Every Friday, we'll be diving deep into the world of mixed drinks, exploring the stories behind the classics and the tastiest concoctions for your home bar.

First up, a rebel with a cause: the Scofflaw. This drink's name is a dead giveaway - it was a champion for thirsty souls during the dark days of Prohibition in the US.

#### Born in a Time of Mocktails

While the exact origin is a little hazy (some whispers point to a Parisian bar, others to America itself), what we do know is the Scofflaw emerged during the era of speakeasies and bathtub gin.
