Las ensaladas siempre son una buena opción como acompañantes a distintas recetas, en ésta oportunidad les muestro como preparar una bien completa tanto que no necesita de más nada en el plato, ésta ensalada de vegetales, atún y huevo la preparé para mi mamá que siempre anda huyendo de las harinas por las noches, lo bueno es que alcanzó para las dos pesé a que ya me había comido dos arepas siempre me queda espacio para algo más, espero que les guste su preparación y se animen a cocinarla para sentir su riquísimo sabor con cada probada.

Primero lavé las papas y zanahoria con abundante agua para posteriormente quitarles la piel y llevarlas a hervir junto con el huevo a fuego rápido durante unos 30 minutos aproximadamente.

Una vez cocidas las papas, zanahorias y huevo (retire su cáscara) corté todo en pequeños trocitos y agregué a un recipiente.

Ahora llego el momento de darle presentación a ésta ensalada básicamente tome una taza no tan profunda y la llene de ensalada luevo vertí sobre un plato para no perder su forma y decore con cilantro a su alrededor.

Me gusto mucho lo colorida que es y su exquisito sabor, una buena cena para una o dos personas.
