Bad people at McDonald's

this had been going on for 5-10 minutes prior to filming.
the harassment was worse before the security guard showed up. 
I could not make out why they were doing it, but I realized that at some point they started making fun of the accent of the Spanish speaking employee. 

It is this kind of unchecked entitled behavior that inspires vigilance in me.
