Les confieso que está receta me ha acompañado desde mi niñez ya que mi padre era el que nos preparaba este dulce de mango.
Desde que recuerdo solo colocaba en una olla mango maduros pelados y le agrego azúcar y una cositas como le decía yo "JAJA".

**Pasó 1/ Step 1:**

Lavar bien los mangos y luego retiras la piel con un cuchillo.
Ahora que estén pelados se colocan en una olla para añadirle el agua, anís, vainilla y azucar.

**Pasó 2/ Step 2:**

Se deja por 10min a fuego medio este dulce y usted va anotar como va cambiando de color el mango mientras se cocina. Pasado una hora, puede llevarlo a nevera y servirlo frio en un platico este dulce de mango para disfrutarlo.

**Pasó 3/ Step 3:**

Puede preparar mermelada yo lo hice de esta manera con la ayuda de una cucharilla retire toda la pulpa de mis mangos del dulce que hice, (el dulce ya estaba horas reposado) y lo pase por un colador para conservar en un envase en la nevera.
