Cheese crispy pancakes , a Yummmi afternoon snack

Today I make this little and yummi snack , make it it's really easy ,you just need water, flour, salt and a spoon of oil. It's really a fast recipe, really good and kids love it.
And it's easy to make too, I'll teach you now. 
you will need a cup of water, a cup of flour, a tablespoon of salt, one of oil, egg white and breadcrumbs for the breading, a pan and a bowl of cheese.

First of all, put the water, salt and oil all together in a saucepan. Bring the penrolino to a boil and as soon as it boils, add the flour. Turn well until the dough is homogeneous, compact and soft, stick to the spoon.

Move the flour on the work place and leave it until it is cold on the same time prepare a bowl of cheese, in this case I use provolone but you can use the cheese you prefere. Cut the flour in a triangle form, many little triangles  than fill it with cheese pieces and put close it and pass them  in the egg white and than in the breadcrumbs.
Than cook them in a pan for almost 5 minutes for every part of the triangle, the crispy pancakes will be ready and yummi in few minutes, really delicious and perfect for a snack.
