 I'm so happy, my boyfriend gave me as a gift for our third year together a wonderful gift an ukulele, I never play it but I always want to, ukulele looks so cool and funny, I still need a lot of exercise but I am very happy of this new instrument at my place. I am not a musician of course and I am into music only as listener and singer in a choir, music is a big part of my life but I never play an instrument well, I played the flute for school but I was a mess, and I try with the guitar but I was a mess there too, ukulele is my last hope!     Ukulele is a cool instrument it's a kind of banjo with four strings, 8ts original of the Hawaii and it a very charming and peaceful instrument. Ukulele is famous in all the world and many singers use it, it was originally inspiderd by some Portuguese little guitars and than exported in all the world, usa, Japan, Europe, everyone love the sound of ukulele! There are many kind of ukuleles, contrabass, banjo little, soprano etc... Everyone with a different kind of sound. Many pop band and singers use ukulele in thru song, I can't wait to learn to use it properly!!

Ukulele are great fun. I have four of them now in different sizes. It's much easier than guitar as the chords are simpler and you don't have to stretch your fingers as much. Just learn C, G, D and A then you can probably play a lot of songs. There are lots of lessons on Youtube.
