Bug Report - Cannot login to accounts listed as "bad actor." Cannot change memo for my voting service.

I can't even log into my @RandomWhale account to change the memo. I am shutting down my voting service since people have not been using it for days. You missed out on a great opportunity guys. My full power upvotes with trails are worth much more than 2 dollars now and growing fast. Would have been a great booster for minnows instead of Power Drained gambling bot Rando Whale. And shame on Steemit Inc for bowing to King NextGenCrypto and turning it into a "bad actors account."

Shutting down this service of yours just a few days after announcing it and soliciting money. Just another scam related to this @randomwhale account you made to scam people trying to use @randowhale.
