Destination to Disney California Adventure Park: Part 2 - the Rides in Hollywood Land and Grizzly Peak
Hello again, Hive friends! Let's pick up from my last post [Destination to Disney California Adventure Park: Part 1 - the Spider-WEB SLINGERS](https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@nomnomnoodle/destination-to-disney-california-adventure-park-part-1-the-spider-web-slingers) and continue to explore the rides and the vibes of Disney California Adventure Park together. Keep in mind this was in November, so all over the park will be decorated in the holiday/Christmas theme.

There were too many people in Avengers Campus so then I walked and checked out "Hollywood Land".

I met Dale, from the cartoon Chip and Dale, and he dressed as Loki. lol

I got on a ride called **"Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!"**. I've always liked the movie "Monster Inc." and their sequel movie "Monster University". And this ride takes us into the movie, which is what I wanted from a slow and kids-friendly ride like this.

The entrance looks so lovely. I love this style of artwork, despite how I dressed today.

Into Monstropolis we go! I love all the details and the commercial advertising in this city.

The snacks are huge! Well, for monstrous eaters, it must be, right?

Now it's time to get inside to enjoy the ride! We are all (kinda) forced to get Taxi. lol

Roz the boss lady is here too, checking if we humans did anything wrong or not. PS. I like how festive they decorated the ride by giving her a Santa hat too.

Here, I'll show you some shots I took inside from the ride to help you get the picture. Firstly, we saw the news that there's a child who breached the security into Monstropolis. Then we saw Mike and his Girlfriend on a date.

Then we saw Sally trying to hide Boo and at the end of the ride, we got sanitized from the "CDA" company as we left Monstropolis.

After the "Monster Inc" ride, I walked to the zone of "Grizzly Peak".

The zone is known as the Land of Scenic Wonders and it's truly so. I felt like I was in a completely different country, somewhere in Europe.

I got to stop by some merchandise place to window shop the cute stuff. Me and this girl were thinking the same, I know.

Then I went on a ride called **"Grizzly River Run"**, Before going in, I just had to say Hello to this guy. Again, I wondered where he got this festive sweater that big. haha 😂

It's time to go on a ride, y'all. This ride let me sit in an 8-people raft and it would drift, bob, and spin through the raging current along the rocky river. But in my reality.. There was no one but me in the raft at all!! I guess nobody wants to get wet in cold weather in November like me.

And because the ride was gonna be wet, I had to put away my phone and didn't get a chance to take more pics. Here's a pic from a map to show you how big/long the ride was. Although I was alone there, I enjoyed the scenery and every detail they put into the attraction.

There's only one main ride there, so I moved towards the **"Paradise Gardens Park"**, where I can see the Ferris Wheel clearly.

Now that I wrote about it, I remember how happy I was to see it and be there at the place, I've wanted to come for such a long time.

The park has always been my happy place since I was just a little girl, where I got to rest other stressful things behind, take a break, and enjoy the moments.
