It's possible someone picked it up, even by googling,  then shared to social media like twitter or facebook.  Or someone else popularized the topic and people search for it, running into yours.  Content on this platform isn't stuck inside of a bubble.    

But you can check on Peakd if the views are legit.  Top right corner is your name.  That's a menu, click dashboard, look for views, click that.  It'll show you some info and average time spent.  I'm not sure how accurate it is but if it's 300 views with average time spent of 1 second, that tells you people aren't reading.  Could be a glitch or someone faked the views.  People do that from time to time.  Not accusing you.
