So I have decided to document my weekly activities every week. This is part of my effort to stay productive and take more responsibility for my personal growth. Also, given the new job, I have little or no time to myself. So in my bid to keep track of my personal growth and not let work characterize my entire year, I have decided to make some conscious effort to follow through with my personal development plan.

So my two major goals for 2021 are to *grow my income exponentially* and *become a proficient web developer*. So 90% of my activities are geared towards these goals.

For last week, I created a ***T0-DO*** and a*** NOT-TO-DO*** list.

**TO-DO LIST:**
- Code for at least an hour each day (10%)
- Write a post (on hive) every day (90%)
- listen to a podcast every day (100%)
- Read for at least an hour every day (90%)
- Get at least 5hours of sleep (80%)
- Do some research on my travel plans (0%)

**NOT-TO-DO LIST:**
- No gaming before 6 pm (100%)
- No Social Media for more than 20mins per hour (100%).
- Not more than 20 tweets per day(100%)
- Not more than an hour on TikTok per day(90%)
- Not more than two hours of texting per day(100%)
- Not more than 3bottles of beer per day (100%)


I ticked everything on my lists except for a few things. First, I did not code last week. My job is very demanding and fast-paced. I am struggling to keep up, so I could not code. However, this week, I hope to achieve this goal with a better strategy. Second, I didn't do my research on my travel plans. I got carried away this weekend. There is no excuse for that, and I promise to do better this week.

My goal remains the same for this week with some additions. So my job requires that I write 4 articles per day. I want to increase that number to 5. Also, I am looking at researching *personal brand management* as I also hope to explore TikTok this year as a content creator. GaryVee has been talking a lot about it, and I listen to Gary a lot. So if it's going to help my personal brand, it is worth the try. I want to compete like most content creators. It is the only way I can get better. The crypto sphere has provided me with a bubble that I have enjoyed for a long time, but it is time to put myself out there. Plus, I want to do things right this time. Find my niche, especially within my local market.

So this is my weekly report. I shall report to my this week's activities next week.
