* Hi Maria, how are you? What are you doing, when we can't see you I have a news, I'm coming out of the gym... You don't know what I've found out!
* Hi Julieth, I'm at home; but in 5 minutes I can be at the mall, let's have a coffee so you can tell me everything? 

Nothing motivates a person more than the curiosity of finding out about a new event. A gossip moves faster than the need to go shopping for food; so the two friends were sitting at a table sharing a coffee in less time than a rooster can crow. 
* I'm going to tell you something, but you can't name the source, I noticed that the girl with the fitness body was flirting with the trainer, I think she's going to be unfaithful to her boyfriend. 
* Wow, no, it can't be, she's so serious about it... I had my suspicions. 
* Friend but remember this is between the two of us, you can't tell the source where you got this information from. 

Once they finished their coffee, Julieth could not contain herself with this information. Once she was in her car she activated her WhatsApp group and told Juana, her friend from yoga: “Where is my friend? I have something to tell you, but you have to swear that you can't tell me the source”. 
* Julieth...Surely you can trust me, you know that I have never divulged that you are my source of showbiz information.

- Well, I tell you that the fitness lady, the one who has had a lot of surgeries, is unfaithful to her boyfriend with several men from the gym. Oh my god, I couldn't believe it when I heard; but you know this is between you and me. 

Throughout the rest of the day, that was the fresh news.  Under the oath not to name the source, the rumor began to spread and spread with more and more additions about the behavior of a person in a certain place. That's how gossip is born!

In order to build healthy interpersonal relationships, with impeccable communication, you must always cite the sources that originate a particular piece of information. When they come to you to tell you something, demand to know the source of origin that gives credibility and avoids misunderstandings.

*Hola María ¿cómo estás? ¿Qué estás haciendo?, cuándo no podemos ver te tengo un notición, estoy saliendo del gym… ¡No sabes de lo que me he enterado!
*Hola Julieth, estoy en mi casa; pero en 5 minutos puedo estar en el centro comercial, vamos a tomarnos un café para que me cuentes todo… 

Nada motiva más a una persona que la curiosidad de enterarse de un nuevo acontecimiento. Un chisme mueve más rápido que la necesidad de ir a comprar alimento; así las dos amigas en menos de lo que canta un gallo estaban sentadas en una mesa  compartiendo un café. 
* Te voy a decir algo; pero no puedes mencionar la fuente, me di cuenta que la catira que tiene el cuerpo fitness le estaba coqueteando al entrenador, creo que le va a ser infiel al novio. 
* Wow, no, no puede ser, tan seria que se la da… Yo tenía mis sospechas 
* Amiga pero recuerda esto es entre nosotras dos, no puedes decir de la fuente de donde sacaste esta información. 

Una vez que terminaron el café, Julieth no se podía contener con esa información. Una vez montada en su carro activo su grupo de WhatsApp y le dijo a Juana su  amiga del yoga: ¿Dónde está amiga? tengo algo que decirte; pero tienes que jurarme que no puedes decir la fuente. 

* Julieth…Seguro puedes confiar en mí, sabes que nunca he divulgado que tú eres mi fuente de las informaciones de la farándula.
- Bueno te cuento que la catira fitness, la que se ha operado muchas de veces, le es infiel al novio con varios hombres del gimnasio. Oh mi dios, no  lo podía creer cuando me entere; pero ya sabes esto es entre tú y yo.
 
Durante toda la el resto del día, esa era la noticias fresca.  Bajo el juramento de que no revelaran la fuente se comenzaba a divulgar y a propagar el rumor cada vez con más agregados sobre la conducta de una persona en un sitio determinado. ¡Así nacen los chismes!

Para la construcción de relaciones interpersonales sanas, con una comunicación impecable debe siempre citarse las fuentes que originan una determinada información. Cuando  a usted vengan a contarle algo, exija saber la fuente de origen eso da credibilidad y evita malos entendidos.
