 The Polytechnic University Institute Santiago Mariño Maturín extension takes another step towards excellence. This afternoon I had the opportunity to start the first module of the diploma course of the teaching component for the teachers of the institution.  The new management team, made up of young professionals, is promoting the development of new educational paradigms in the institution.

The theme of this first module was motivation and leadership, fundamental aspects of the teaching-learning process to strengthen the role of the teacher. Additionally, I added the topic of teacher bullying to create awareness.

An afternoon of exchange of knowledge with valuable university professionals with long experience in their field and who now contribute their knowledge to the young students of the institution. For them it is also a challenge to meet with the knowledge of behavioral sciences and with the soft skills demanded by the university professional of the 21st century.

El instituto universitario politécnico Santiago Mariño extensión Maturín da  un paso más  hacia la excelen dio un paso más hacia la excelencia. En  la tarde de hoy  tuve la oportunidad de iniciar el primer módulo del diplomado del  componente docente para los profesores de la institución.  El nuevo equipo gerencial, constituido por jóvenes profesionales, están impulsando el desarrollo de nuevos paradigmas educacionales en la institución

El tema de este primer módulo fue la motivación y el liderazgo aspectos fundamentales del proceso de enseñanza -aprendizaje para fortalecer el rol del docente. Adicionalmente agregué la temática del bullying profesoral para la creación de conciencia 
#
Una tarde de intercambio de saberes con valiosos profesionales universitarios de larga experiencia en su rama y que ahora aportan su conocimiento a los jóvenes estudiantes de la institución. Para ellos también es un desafío encontrarse con las conocimientos de las ciencias conductuales y con las habilidades blandas que demanda el profesional universitario del siglo XXI
