They have already seen how our forces have united to build our home; even though at this date the final goal is still unclear.</p><p style="text-align: justify" dir="justify">Love does not imply certainty, nor assurances, but a commitment to move forward together even if the path is not always clear. Crossing this bridge means accepting that we are in a new territory, where every day becomes an opportunity to discover something different about the other and about oneself. The daily construction of love resembles bricks or paving stones that are laid in the building of our path.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify" dir="justify">Thus marriage teaches us that life is not about crossing to a definitive destination but about enjoying every step of the crossing of that bridge. Ellas representan la alegría, los desafíos, las risas y las lágrimas, con el transcurrir del tiempo esos pilares se vuelven más fuerte pero requieren de mucha atención y mucho cuidado. Hoy mis tres hijos, ya adultos, son testigos de este viaje. Ellos son ahora los viajeros que deben atravesar dicho puente. Ellos ya han visto como nuestras fuerzas se han unido para edificar nuestro hogar; aunque a esta fecha la meta final siga siendo difusa.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify" dir="justify">El amor no implica certeza, ni seguridades sino un compromiso seguir avanzando juntos aunque el camino no siempre esté claro. Cruzar este puente significa aceptar que estamos en un territorio nuevo, donde cada día se convierte en una oportunidad de descubrir algo diferente sobre el otro y sobre uno mismo. La construcción diaria del amor se asemeja a ladrillos o adoquines que se colocan en la edificación de nuestro camino.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify" dir="justify">Así el matrimonio nos enseña que la vida no se trata de cruzar hacia un destino definitivo sino de disfrutar cada paso de la travesía de ese puente. Mirar hacia atrás y ver la distancia recorrida, apreciar las columnas que se obtiene nuestro puente y tener la valentía de gestionar lo desconocido. De no saber que nos espera al otro lado.
