入冬以后杭州流感盛行，以我的免疫力很难抵抗这玩意，索性每天除了买菜就猫在家里赶单子。不过每周两次医院打针是躲不了了，今天医院出来就去公园走走。

金沙湖还是挺美的，距离医院只有两个红绿灯。我也是放疗住院期间发现这个公园，不过那会儿也快结束了。妈妈说外公那么多次钱塘住院都没来，多少有些遗憾。

这边有个很大的湖，湖面上有水上自行车和帆船之类的水上运动。也有音乐喷泉，那个看台颇有些西湖边音乐喷泉的样子。有个非遗博物馆，回头找个机会去看看。


抖音刷到有个姐妹记录了自己结疗1-24个月头发生长情况，同我现在头发长度差不多。8月中再次掉发的时候，我没有第一回的慌张和难过，毕竟心里有准备了。

我记得当时妈妈还抱着侥幸心理让我用上冰帽，不知道是用法不对还是没效果，当我感觉头皮疼我就知道时间到了。没有熬到掉的稀稀拉拉，我就自己把头发剃了。

要说一点不难过是不可能的，就我有记忆起就是长发。但夏天光头方便也是真的方便，很凉快洗头特别方便就是啦。现在头发大约有3-4cm的样子，洗头得用吹风机啦。


刚做完手术我曾经跟程老师说，完蛋了我学了那么多年英语废了，这记忆力差的仿佛傻了。从去年三月到现在，随着身体的恢复加上刻意锻炼，记忆力恢复得七七八八。

因为手术/用药导致的记忆力下降，同上了年纪的记忆力退化，我觉得还是不同的。后者基本不可逆，前者需要多用脑+锻炼，大脑功能会逐渐恢复的。

现在记忆力虽然比不上之前，但基本也够用了。逻辑思维方面完全没问题，跟人吵架更是有大学辩论队的水准（bushi）。
