Día Internacional del Té ( 21/05/2022) // [ESP-ENG]

Una vez más, agradezco a la [C/Cinnamon Cup Coffee](https://peakd.com/c/hive-152524/created), por mantener esta ventana abierta para quienes somos asiduos consumidores de Té y Café. En esta ocasión dedico mi post a la celebración del **"Día Internacional Del Té"** 21 de mayo .

Esta fecha fue formalizada en 2019, por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, habiendo sido aprobada como un apoyo a los productores y un incentivo a su cultivo masivo. Ya en 2005 se había comenzado a celebrar en los países cultivadores por excelencia: Japón, India, Turquía, Sri Lanka, etc. 

Cuenta la leyenda que había un emperador llamado Shen Nung, en el año nº 2737, A.C. Solía beber agua caliente a diario como digestivo porque mejoraba su salud. Un día estaba calentando el agua bajo un árbol, y con la brisa, algunas hojas cayeron en el recipiente. Le sorprendió el color del agua, y se atrevió a probarla porque tenía un delicado aroma. 

Algunos países, entre ellos Inglaterra, tienen la costumbre de tomar el té a las tres de la tarde. En cualquier caso, es bien sabido que beber té aporta beneficios para la salud, así como beneficios económicos sostenibles. Además de su contribución cultural y medioambiental.

Ahora, a degustar una deliciosa taza de té,para honrar este gran día.Para que mi celebración fuera formal, me propuse pasar por dos lugares donde venden té en un mismo día. Quería experimentar los sabores, y ver cómo era el servicio y la forma de servirlo. 

En el primer local, y mi favorito hasta el día de hoy, me sirvieron el té en una jarrita muy especial, hecha de hierro  lo suficientemente gruesa como para mantener el té muy caliente.  Estéticamente, me pareció hermosa, muy pesada, sí, pero realmente efectiva y 100% térmica. El té estaba hirviendo cuando lo vertí en la taza. Era de hierbas aromáticas, siempre con canela, ya que es mi favorita. El aroma al salir el líquido de la taza era indescriptible.

To make my celebration formal, I made it a point to stop by two tea places on the same day. I wanted to experience the flavors, and see what the service and serving was like. 

>At the first place, and my favorite to this day, I was served tea in a very special little pitcher, made of iron, heavy enough to keep the tea very hot.  Aesthetically, I thought it was beautiful, very heavy, yes, but really effective and 100% thermal. The tea was boiling when I poured it into the cup. It was herbal, always with cinnamon, as it is my favorite. The aroma as the liquid came out of the cup was indescribable. </div>

Luego añadí la leche, ya que combina muy bien con la canela. Como dato importante, no suelo añadir azúcar al té o al café.  Quedé realmente encantada con todo y por supuesto, con la jarrita, porque es un diseño especial.  Me sentí muy a gusto en ese lugar...

Esto es lo que he disfrutado durante la cata.  No hay palabras para describir las sensaciones internas que provoca una visión de estas características, además del sabor que acaricia las papilas. Es un verdadero paseo epicúreo.

 En cuanto al otro establecimiento , ordené un té de manzana con canela y  leche . Sirvieron en una jarrita de acero inoxidable la leche. Me pareció excelente. Estaba bien caliente y espumante, tal y  como me gusta.

Cuando estaba mezclando el saquito de  té con la leche en la taza de cerámica, en mi boca se estaba  gestando un proceso de salivación extraordinario. ¡Qué sensación tan sublime! Solo podía imaginar el sabor a manzana  y el aroma a canela.  Con mucha razón se comenta, que las personas de buen gusto, primero alimentan sus ojos y luego el paladar.

Al culminar la preparación, lo deje reposar, no sin antes observar aquellas gotitas de espuma blanquecinas confundidas con el aromático té. Por supuesto, sin agregar ningún endulzante. Me gusta sentir el sabor natural de las bebidas y en especial  del té. Pues son tantos los sabores, que vale la pena disfrutar de su impecable diversidad.

En la última imagen, les muestro la cajita que tenemos en casa, con los diversos sabores de té.  De Maracuyá, Manzana Canela y Miel, Limón con Jengibre y Miel, Jazmín, Durazno, Hierbas Naturales y otros que se preparan fríos.  Es un abanico de sabores.
Mientras escribo, les participo que estoy disfrutando de una humeante taza con té de arándanos en casa. Espero que les haya gustado tanto, que los invito a prepararse ahora mismo un té o una infusión. Lo van a disfrutar tanto como yo.

Amé esta publicación. Así como soy fanática del café, también lo soy del té. Me gusta hacer infusiones con hierbas naturales, pero también disfruto mucho los de bolsitas, todos me gustan y puedo tomar varias tazas de té al día. Hola @aurodivys  Me encanta que hayas pasado a visitar mi post. ¿Sabes que también desde muy pequeños, mis hijos consumen infusiones de hierbas? sobre todo de eucalipto. Es más, les gusta tanto que una vez me regalaron un ramo de rosas y tenía eucalipto de follaje y adivina ¿quienes le quitaban las hojas para hacer sus infusiones? . Ellos y cuando me di cuenta, poco eucalipto del redondo quedaba . Menos mal que no es venenoso. Con relación al café, de eso, ni hablar. Lo amo, y no puedo vivir sin él...jajaj .Mis cariños amiga.😍 </div>

Me gustaría ir a tu fiesta de té. Me encanta el té de piña cuando trabajaba no me gustaba tomar mucho café así que durante el día el té era mi compañero y el de piña era un energizante para mí.... gracias por compartir. Un abrazo y feliz fin de semana.

Lo he tomado en saquito y es delicioso igual. Pero lo preparo directamente con la fruta. 🍍 Tomo la piña la corto en trozos y la dejo en un recipiente unos 30 minutos para que suelte ese jugo dulce que tiene la piña. Pongo a hervir ese juguito y los trozos de piña, normal como se prepara cualquier Infusión. Dejo hervir por 3 minutos y después que repose tapado 3 minutos más. Al servir paso por un colador y listo. Un delicioso té de piña casero 😍.
Espero te animes a prepararlo y me cuentes tu experiencia.

Maravilloso. Me encantó tu día de cata de té... Mis favoritos son el de durazno, Jamaica, malojillo, toronjil, manzanilla y canela. Incluso la albahaca y el romero son muy deliciosos, pero sin duda soy del equipo Té... Muy poco tomo café, pero es maravilloso todos esos sabores. ¡Hola mi linda @gislandpoetic! estoy  de acuerdo con tus palabras. Sabes que deberías probar el de manzana con canela y miel, sin azúcar y con leche. Hello there! Seems like you were well prepared to celebrate the day @numa26. I used to be big on tea and took pride in having a wide selection on hand at all times, but in the last few years, that has changed. There are still some that I can't resist, like rooibos, and camomile with honey, and now that I'm living back in the UK, I'm slowly starting to appreciate a good English tea. So much so, that I have started to drink it black and haven't missed the milk at all.

From your selection, I would be delighted to have the cinnamon and honey, and also the lemon, ginger and honey. I do make these from raw ingredients sometimes.
