Challenge Accepted
I generally contemplated time administration. More often than not, I had a considerable measure of work to do yet in less time. As I portrayed my "plan for the day" in the past post and instructed about my perplexity about and what to clear out. So today I dealt with that and had a profound look on that. At that point, I separated my chance in such a way, to the point that I could expand my advantage from it.

Along these lines, I will acknowledge to challenges: 

1) **Weight loss challenge**: Today is July 19, 2018. What's more, my weight is 97kg and waist is 43". Presently I provoke myself to lose (8-10) kg this month and lessen my abdomen up to 4".

2) **Book Challenge**: I purchased 3 books yesterday. Along these lines, now I've chosen one of them to peruse and complete this month. The book name is "Lean Startup by Eric Ries". I figure it will be extraordinary compared to other books.
