# A cloud of thoughts crystallizes in the form of ideas that, after decisions are made, get a real reflection in your life.

Contrary to the well-known proverb, the path does not begin with the first step. The path begins with a thought. With thought and the decision following it to do something.

On average, each person has about 70,000 thoughts a day. This value is quite enough to say that we think a lot. However, it is important to note that “we think a lot” does not mean that it is useful, on business and with meaning. But still - the thinking process is underway. And this is good news.

Another question is that not all our thoughts give us any result and have any practical significance for us. We can think about the problems a year ago, someone else's Facebook page, tomorrow's meeting, the cost of fuel and how many corners the circle has (well, why not?). These are just thoughts. **Thoughts are just conventional units of the processes that occur in our brain.**

However, if we say that everything begins with a thought, then it is logical that our current and all subsequent results are formed on the basis of what is happening in our brain. This means that some of the thoughts literally materialize in our lives in the form of actions, actions, words and other manifestations.

From this we can conclude that of the entire set of thoughts originating in our brain, some of them turn out to be the most important because they are endowed with physical meaning as well. Such thoughts are called ideas.

The idea - despite numerous misconceptions - is not always a brilliant invention or a revolutionary discovery. An idea is a mental template, scheme, drawing, prototype of something. We can say that the idea is a demo version of the action. **The idea has much greater potential for implementation than the simple idea**.

The idea is always more emotionally colored, thought out, interesting, long-term and constantly striving to move into the physical world in the form of your actions, deeds and words. All that is needed is for the idea to overcome the mental barrier in favor of specific movements - this is only your psychological approval. Or easier - your decision.

Every day, out of tens of thousands of thoughts arising in your head, several thousand big and small ideas are formed, which after your decision are embodied in life. Consciously it was a decision or not, you took it on your own or helped you - this is a separate topic. The fact itself is important to us - **the cloud of thoughts crystallizes in the form of ideas that, after the decisions made, receive a real reflection in your life**. It is important.
It is important, because if you present this concept in the form of a certain funnel: 


The less we have our own thoughts, the less we formulate our ideas. In other words, if our brain is overfilled with empty information from the media and social networks; experiences and sufferings; looping on something unimportant and unnecessary - a very small number of thoughts can be converted into ideas.

And in most cases, with today's rhythm of life, there can be no ideas at all. What ideas can a tormented person experience with stress and distress? Well, obviously not those that are associated with positive actions.

And then these ideas (if they are still formed in our brain) will have to overcome the decision filter. A small, often lonely thought, will have to try to squeeze through layers of fear, doubt, laziness, fatigue, and other obstacles.

And only after that you can finally do something interesting for you; say the right words to your loved one, or at least slightly change the bored rhythm of life.

Of course, in reality, from a medical point of view, thought processes look much more complicated. There is a much larger number of factors and necessary terms. But why do you bother with this?

Just remember that you have a limited amount of time per day. During this time, you have about the same number of thoughts every day. Few of these thoughts will succumb to refinement, cutting and obtain the potential for realization. Even fewer of them will be able to get approval in the form of a solution and finally be realized in your life.

**Think about what you think.** Notice what your brain takes and what it takes. Reduce unnecessary and unnecessary thoughts. Increase the amount of conscious thinking and ideas. Make decisions based on your own values, not external factors. Live your life, not according to a given inertia of being.

You can do more. You can do better. You can do everything. Because it all starts with a thought. With your thoughts.
