Today there are ways to make computers work together so that they make a sort of money. Sometimes we need to change the way in which they work so that the money can become better, or to fix problems that we didn't think about before. But today, there is no good way to change how they work because everyone needs to agree to change at the same time. We have built a new way for computers to work together so that not only can they agree on who owns what, but also they can agree on how they should change the way in which they work together over time. They have an interesting governance model, but these things need lots of developer interest to be successful, I am not sure how this is going to peg against Ethereum. I do like how they have worked in Ocaml, this might put them ahead in the formal verification landscape. Defiantly a project to watch.
