*Good morning everybody, good morning ladies and gentlemen, good morning my hive family💝 you all are precious to me 💎 how was your night, I hope you all had a great wonderful night rest. For those of us who is not awake yet, I say may you sleep like a baby. It's a beautiful hot Monday morning loves. The reason why I said hot is because any Monday that am working morning used to be stressful, rushi rushing and kwam kwam that's vibrant and sharp and there's always workload and work stress that day including coming back home late. For those of us that sickness did not allow to sleep, don't worry by God's grace you will get well soon and even if you don't, just know that in the new world, Jehovah will resurrect the dead.
Yesterday, we later do our nation wide public talk entitled THE RESURRECTION, VICTORY OVER DEATH and for those of us who attended, I said may you be refreshed with the hope of resurrection and for those who didn't attend, don't worry please attend the memorial of Jesus Death on 24th of this month and still understand the reason why Jesus Death is important for mankind for he paid the ransom with his life for us so as to be free from sin and death.sam inviting you all to any nearby kingdom Hall on that day by 6:30pm-730pm. I decided to do my cleaning exercise this early morning because any moment from now, I'll be leaving for work and I don't know my dismissal time for today plus I'll be stressed out by then and will need to relax and rest. You know, a good cleanplanet hiver suppose to set a good example to his/her neighborhood so as to stand on the good side of neatness maybe one day, the neighborhood will change and start to contribute in the cleaning and maintaining of a clean and habitable planet.
Today, I'll be handling on the topic that says "CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF AN UNCONSCIOUS PATIENT"
Firstly, who is an UNCONSCIOUS PATIENT? It's a patient that is unaware of his environment that is he lost consciousness just like a dead person who doesn't know anything around him at all but in the case of an unconscious patient, there is still life in him.
CARE/MANAGEMENT OF AN UNCONSCIOUS PATIENT:
Maintain nil per oral (avoid anything entering into the body through the mouth).
Pass nasogastric tube for feeding of liquid food and oral drugs which must be grinded into powdered form and turn to liquid state.
Encourage intravenous fluids and manitol for brain recovery.
Change patients position every two hours to avoid pressure sore.
Encourage oral toileting at least every 4hrs.
Turn the heads to the right or left to avoid
Encourage bed bathing.
Pass urinary catheter to avoid soiling of the bed.
Check blood pressure at least three times a day and if blood pressure is high, give sublingual hypertensive.
maintain balanced diet for quick recovery and care with love and patience and equally reassure the relatives.
Treat any underlying illness.
Among all, maintain a high personal hygiene and environmental sanitation.*
