Seductive Succubus FINISHED ART *All my steps and challenges*

" And there she stood, her eyes catching mine and refusing to let go whilst she slowly crept deeper into the sea. She glowed in an almost holy light though her aura felt as if there was a black knot in my gut. Was this a mirage, an illusion? I knew not but the little that I did know spoke to me in such a loud towering voice. "Come closer" It said, and I will oblige without a hesitation more. It would be nightfall soon, a powerful storm on the horizon and I did not know how to swim. Alas I do not care." -Last journal entry (unknown)

step 1! This time no lines or structure.. I am trying to improve so strait painting is the way to go!

step 2. I struggled to get to this step and though it looked better than the last, it was still quite hideous -_-.

step3. She is starting to look a little better, I am beginning to understand her form and lighting so she will start taking form!

step 4. At this stage I was finally starting to like my work.. Im so used to doing clean lines and being so structured. this was a challenge for me.

step 5. She was really starting to shine through now. I knew at this point I was gonna love the outcome.

step 6. Mostly spent time on the water here... and also here and there.

step 7. This is where I decided about the heavenly light coming from the corner, my composition and my lighting was starting to come together.

step 8. Refining and figuring my lighting out

step 9.. and then its done :). About 14 hours all together.

Tips:

- **If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.**<br>Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in *Google-Translated* Korean.
- So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
- If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
- If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
- If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

Thank you very much for the info!! I just wanted to share my art with the Korean community. You stated that if I didnt want to use google translate that I could just write it in English, which is already what I had done. Does that mean that my post is ok? Just want to share my art with as many people as I can since I put allot of hard work into what I do. I hope that I don't end up on a blacklist!! Probably avoid use of that tag in the future to avoid getting flagged as a spammer.

People in Korea might want to see your content, however the content is not written in Korean and isn't about Korea, which are likely the two things that people searching under the KR category would be looking for.  Post under art, photoshop, sketch, drawing, succubus, demon...  Choose tags that describe, or are relevant to the content you're posting.

Amazing picture, but I just can't get the idea out of my head of this poor bloke seeing this woman in the ocean, whipping out his journal and quickly jotting this down, then chasing her in :P

Kind of reminds me of the Beowulf scence :)

oh man you totally got it!!! Once I was done with the paintng thats exactly what it reminded me of. Its funny how when we start something we have barely an idea of how its going to end up in the end.
