This week in Splinterlands it is all about the training mode presentation and tutorials for all level player in the game look for a space to make stronger combo or build unbreakable defense.

### A /.  How to access it?



If you have your login and credential inserted and successfully on your account page, you have just to look under your account profile name to see a line of three elements. One of these element is the training mode.

### B /. How Training Mode works?

To start your training on Splinterlands you need to hold some card in your collection. Also, you should know what is the best level and stage of difficulty for your training exercise.


After setting all the criteria for your training, you can now start the combat and select your team according to the rulesets.

I have to mention that before starting the battle, you should make sure that the limitation of the summoner regarding the level you are training in matches the current status of the level of summoner and warriors in your collection of cards.

When the battle starts do remember to add your summoner skill addition to the team or on the enemy considering the double skill set equipped on legendary summoners.

#### C/. The benefits of playing against automated opponents at different difficulty levels 

It is the proper way to access one's ability to quickly respond in the highly competitive environment of Splinterlands.

The training mode will immerse you in the detailed world but simple when you get used to it, the selection before the countdown reaches zero. The building of a strategy best arranged against the possible team on the other side of the board.

Also, you can learn from your opponent and the way his line-up is constructed to better your team.

The random selection of the rule set is one part of the training that will allow the player to really test multiple strategies under a short period of reflection.

I like this element of surprise that can cause a lot of battle lost when you are not used to it.


#### D/. Tips for using Training Mode effectively to improve Gameplay

I have been playing Splinterlands for more than three years now, and I will always recommend player in the game to watch the games in the leaderboard of your league.

Once you have the possible offensive strategies and defensive line already set by the best player, you can now check for the prices cards or rental plan.

If you already have the key cards and the level up secure, you can now practice your strategies in the training mode against the opponent at various levels of difficulty.

If you train against players in your league at expert level, you will find interesting combination of cards propose by the computer.

Training in Splinterlands is all about getting the right abilities in the arena to support your strategies.
The way you unlock the abilities on cards will propel your win rate and save some money in your wallet.

#### E/. How to experiment with Ghost Cards and refine new strategies?

In the menu of the training mode, there is a section where you can select Ghost Cards. It is available to players that have not built a considerable collection of cards. You can play in the Bronze league with the Ghost cards and learn how the battles work, the way the abilities can empower your team or paralyze your cards in the arena.


Here is an example of one battle I took in the novice mode against the random selection of warriors in the arena.

#### Team Overview

Only melee warriors in the arena means that thorn and stamped abilities were going to appear in the arena.

I had to play a smart move against this strategy, so I set a protection shield to reduce damage from thorns.

#### Open Battle with level one summoner

The mana on this battle was large, with only for warriors on one side of the board. I decided to place in front super offensive warriors and at the back a tanker with taunt as a pawn to distract the opponent.


### Final thoughts

It was a great experience to test my selection against the computer team under a difficult set of rules.
I was luck to have such large mana to put up this team. The opponent choice of cards was not bad, and I learned much from this combat.
