It has been a major challenge in the world of sports, the area of couching either in football or any other sports, I observe they is always who to put faults at the end of any game that was either lost to the opponents or was a draw by the fans.

First off, you need to know being a couch is not at all an easy task that can be giving to any random fellow that does not have patient in him, know that you are dealing with humans from different parts of the world and different races. Most times a team losing a match is not just directed to the inability of the couch to guide and direct the boys, some players mostly are proud about either the position there are in the team.

And also most of them because of pride tend to go astray by not following the couch’s instruction on how the game should be played, when there get to the game arena they do whatever they damn right. It also at times the fault of the manager of the team.

Take a look at some big clubs today that were doing well in time past, what is the result of their down fall? Most times it is as a result of them not been able to get good quality players in areas they are lacking behind, either in forward or defending… except the couch has poor relationships with his team, lacks communication skills, or has poor game knowledge, uses the wrong game plans if he is at fault in all of these then he should surely be blamed.

 so I arrived at a conclusion that a couch alone should not at all be seen as the reason of the downfall of the team.
