Kebabs are one of the most favorite dishes in our area. The magical smell of this amazing dish simply entices you to try it.

The name of this delicious dish comes from the Persian language (kebab), which means that this meat is fried, one of the dishes that has a long tradition.


When we prepare meat specialties, we can't even imagine a table without juicy and tasty kebabs.

In our country, they used to be served on the street, as fast food. And today, there is no restaurant where you can't order it, it has become a traditional dish.

Kebabs are prepared from two types of minced meat, preferably beef and lamb, with the addition of various spices, shaped into small rolls and fried on the grill.


When frying on the grill, you need to know which wood is used when frying kebabs, and mostly oak wood is used, which additionally gives it a special taste.
