Hello everyone! Team OCD here with another update on our ongoing <b>Community Incubation Program</b>. The communities are trying their best to keep engagement levels up and are ready to welcome and guide new users. Community leaders/moderators continue to highlight great posts in our discord for some added curation.

We aim to support communities, help them grow, and allow users posting on genre-specific topics to find the right community spaces to interact with like-minded individuals and gain through the focused curation done by community leaders.

<div class="text-justify"><b>Photography Lovers</b> has maintained the lead this week and there's no significant change in the ranking in terms of the number of subscribers except <b>Foodies Bee Hive</b> overtaking <b>Hive Gaming</b> in the second spot. Most communities are active and doing pretty well, and people are certainly checking them out as they explore diverse topics and contribute to interesting conversations across Hive. In terms of engagement, communities like <b>Haveyoubeenhere</b>, <b>Movies & TV Shows</b>, and <b>Sports Talk Social</b> had over 900 interactions and 160+ active users. <b>Photography Lovers</b>, <b>Hive Gaming</b>, <b>On Chain Art</b>, and <b>Foodies Bee Hive</b> are a few of the bigger communities that are popular and generate a lot of interaction and engagement on Hive. Emerging communities like <b>Axie Buzz</b>, <b>Silver Bloggers</b>, and <b>Cinnamon Cup Coffee</b> are also showing continuous growth.

Pretty sure they didn't even have "communities" back in those days. One community that I've joined since finding Hive is the [Silver Bloggers](https://ecency.com/created/hive-106316) community, being that I'm in the 50+ age group bracket. I've also joined the [STEMGeeks](https://ecency.com/created/hive-163521) community, because I am mainly going to be blogging about my homelab, which I am setting up on a ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmdtFufSoeZeRAsTjjDWHqd6rKxQZiWC58iBMJtQizPbUn/raspberrypi_18px.png) Raspberry Pi single board computer. Since arriving on Hive, I have created a template in [GIMP](https://www.gimp.org/) which will add the relevant community icon(s) to my post-head image, along with my common border. I'm starting to get the hang of these communities and tribes in Hive.

wow, l have been missing a lot. I am so glad to finally be here. I am committed to establishing a hive community here in Ghana which will be exclusively into promotion of hive with great content. Thank you for promoting new communities. I recently started https://peakd.com/c/hive-140905/created which is for Real Estate Investors. LeoFinance is a great channel but it doesn't deal much with real estate. I am in active in another non-hive community called BiggerPockets that only deals with real estate investing. There is very strong interest in that community and I think Hive can be similar in scale. Let me know the best way to grow!
