She points out that we put much effort to exercise our physical health, but most of the time we neglet what is going on in our minds. Our next post is by user @kilbride. In this post he talks about his early life in poverty. He gives a very interesting take on it. Usually people talk about the negative side, but he shows us the side of when you are in an environment of poverty there is a sense of union in the community. People helping each other and hang out with each other because everyone is in the same boat. He calls this a sense of community.
