<center>@dswigle took us to a Kite Festival in Washington. Free entry which was great and there were literally hundreds of kites flying in the sky. In this festival, there was a handmade kite competition for both adults and children and other activities. Some added extra, @dswigle found a guy who sold food straight from a Safeway trolley … the best part she already reported him to the health department! </center>
