Hello everyone! This is the 1914th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its <b><a href="https://peakd.com/hive-174578/@ocdb/ocd-communities-incubation-program-update-154">Community Incubation Program</a></b>. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive. 
</div>

<h4>How this Works</h4>

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

<blockquote> Today I dedicated my training to the development of the muscles of the chest, shoulders and triceps. I started with a push-up warm-up to activate the muscles and prepare them for work. Then, I focussed on the chest with exercises such as bench press and machine openings, which are essential to increase muscle mass and strength in this area. To give an extra touch to my routine, I combined the bench press with declined push-ups. This combination allows me to work the chest from different angles and get better results. After working on the chest, I went to the triceps with exercises such as pulley pulley pulls with dropset, closed push-ups and side lifts with dumbbell. These movements are ideal for defining and strengthening the triceps. Finally, I focussed on the shoulders with side flights and military press. These exercises are essential to develop broad and strong shoulders. The military press, in particular, is a compound exercise that works several muscles of the shoulder and upper trunk. Push exercises are essential to develop a strong and aesthetic upper body. By working the muscles of the chest, shoulders and triceps, we not only increase our strength but also improve our posture and physical appearance. In addition, the combination of compound and isolated exercises allows you to work the muscles in a complete and efficient way. With this intense and varied routine, I am sure that my muscles will be growing and strengthening. Push training is an essential part of any strength training routine!

I promised myself that I would avoid the foods that can contribute to sinus issues or inflammation. I don't really want any nasal polyp to grow inside my nose again. So I'm trying to start healthy living, but it is so hard. Living a healthy lifestyle can be costly too. And oftentimes, I had a hard time avoiding the foods that I should avoid because, one, food is life ( ꈍᴗꈍ).
