<p>Hola a todos mis queridos amigos espero se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un excelente día, para hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un platillo poco común para algunos pero en mi pueblo se acostumbra mucho a prepararlo más aún en los campos, hoy pase con mi esposa de visita donde mi madre y de regreso a casa recibo una llamada de mi hijo que iría para mí casa junto a su esposa y mi nieto que llevaba un pollo para que lo preparara que quedara entre dulce y salado, le dije hijo tu mamá y yo estamos donde mi mamá que dentro de diez minutos después que pase buscando el suero o alimento para los cochino nos íbamos para la casa, tu mamá cocino unos frijoles porque le dije que con este tiempo lluvioso lo que da es hambre pero que no había problema yo lo preparo.

Al llegar a casa aproximadamente a los cinco minutos llego mi hijo, me dijo toma papá prepara eso cuando abrí la bolsa que saque el supuesto pollo resulta que era un trozo de baba mancerada y se puso a reír, lo que está es un poco salada si quieres la lavas para que le saques un poco lo salado, eso fue justo lo que hice, le pregunté que donde había conseguido baba y me dijo Franco ( su suegro ) llegó ayer del campo y me dio este pedazo para que te diera. Así que mis estimados amigos hoy les presento baba acaramelada les comento que tampoco la había preparado ni comido acaramelada, está fue una improvisación de mi parte como es mi costumbre de estar improvisando. Sin mas preámbulos les dejo en la descripción y pocos pasos como preparar este rico plato.

Ingredientes:


✔️ 500 Carne de baba.


✔️ 1/2 Cebolla.


✔️ 5 Ajies.


✔️ 1 Cabeza pequeña de ajo.


✔️ 1 Cucharadita de paprika.


✔️ 1 Cucharadita de orégano molido.


✔️1/2 Cucharadita de sal.


✔️ 3 Cucharadas de aceite vegetal.


✔️ 2 Cucharadas de azúcar.



>Ingredients: 


✔️ 500 Slime Meat. 


✔️ 1/2 Onion. 


✔️ 5 Peppers. 


✔️ 1 small head of garlic.


✔️ 1 Teaspoon of paprika. 


✔️ 1 Teaspoon ground oregano. 


✔️ 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 


✔️ 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil. 


✔️ 2 Tablespoons of sugar.

Paso 1 👣

Corte los ají, cebolla en pequeños trocitos, machacar o triturar el ajo. Les recuerdo que la carne de baba ya estaba mancerada o condimentada, la lave para quitar lo salado que estaba y condimentarla nuevamente.

Paso 2 👣


Comencé a sazonar la carne nuevamente con la cebolla, ají, ajo triturado, paprika y orégano molido.

Paso 3 👣


En la sartén coloque tres cucharadas de aceite vegetal y dos de azúcar fui moviendo hasta disolverla y tomara un color marrón estilo caramelo, luego fui incorporando la carne para sellarla, hasta que se doraran por ambos lados la dejé cocer por diez minutos por cada lado.

Les comento que está carne no es dura y muy similar al pollo, con un sabor diferente que se asemeja al pescado, de esta forma quedó mi carne de baba acaramelada acompañada de arroz blanco tradicional, plátano frito y ensalada. Espero les guste mi presentación, los invito a preparar esta deliciosa carne que a mí criterio es sana sin grasa.
