Esp-Eng Como preparar una rica chicha de berenjena / Esp-Eng How to prepare a delicious chicha de auberjena

Espero se encuentren bien todos mis amigos de Foodies Bee y de Hive Blog. Para hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una bebida refrescante y rica. Chicha de berenjena. Esta receta la aprendí de un viejo amigo que en una oportunidad me dio  a tomar y después que me bebí me preguntó. Te gustó, qué tal la chicha? Le respondí que está sabrosa fue allí donde me dijo que era de berenjena. Desde ese entonces la preparo con frecuencia en mi casa para compartir con mi familia y ahora la comparto con ustedes para que la preparen en sus casa.

Ingredientes a utilizar:

✔️4 Berenjenas.

✔️1 Litro de leche, si desean la pueden reemplazar por leche en polvo.

✔️ Esencia de vainilla.

✔️ Azúcar.


>Ingredients to use: 

✔️4 Eggplants. 

✔️1 Liter of milk, if you wish you can replace it with powdered milk. 

✔️ Vanilla essence. 

✔️ Sugar.

Paso 1 👣

Le quite las conchas o cascaras, luego las corte en trozos para luego dejar en agua natural para que no se pongan negras ( no se oxiden ) por cinco minutos.

Remove the shells or peels, then cut them into pieces and then leave them in natural water so that they do not turn black (do not rust) for five minutes.

Paso 2 👣

Después de haberlas dejado en agua, las lleve al fuego durante 25 o 30 minutos, si desean le pueden añadir una ramita de canela y azúcar mientras se ablandan las berenjenas.


>Step 2 👣 

After leaving them in water, take them to the fire for 25 or 30, if you wish you can add a sprig of cinnamon and sugar while the aubergines soften.

Paso 3 👣

Una vez cocidas o sancochadas las berenjenas las licue con la leche, cabe destacar si utilizan leche en polvo pueden usar el agua donde la sancocharon y le agregan una cucharada de vainilla.

Once the aubergines are cooked or boiled, blend them with the milk, it should be noted if using powdered milk they can use the water where they boiled it and add a tablespoon of vanilla.

👍👍 te recomiendo usar leche en polvo directo al momento de licuar en mi caso la prepare con leche líquida porque no contaba con leche en polvo. Espero les guste
