I am thinking I will eventually relocate to California , Florida or Texas to build my Offgrid cabin.

Actually if you get that my friend said that he was looking at getting a property in that neighborhood and then I would be around a hundred miles to the east.

Yep my friend is saying he's going to throw me some funds if my Southward trip takes me to his claim in Arizona. And that would be really cool because I can spend a month in Arizona panning for gold and having an excellent fun time.

This is going to be pretty cool and I'm going to be really excited this winter.

Hopefully we will be able to cross paths and do some more blockchain smokeouts and hangouts!

Wow honestly, I had no idea about this. That Land prices are not that much in California or  in countrysides. But what I can say is, it is quite cheap compared to the lands that are available in my country and that even takes a lot of hassle to get them to thyself. While in that price in my country (atleast where I am staying) you will hardly get hardly a space where one can have two bedrooms. And that's just the cost of land lol. So I must say that's very good deal!

While the place does looks pretty good. Would be perfect countryside getaway experience.
