It's another beautiful week again and im glad to be here with you guys taking part in this new week contest. I hope you all are in a safe hands?.

In my country we have two seasons raining season and dry season. The heat is usually sevie during the summer period which is dry season. This summer time occur between the months of October, November but is always Sevier during December till March.

During this period, heat is always come with some skin rashes like meziles especially on the children. But thank God our government normally give a free vazine to privent the missiles. Especially in the northern part of my country because it is always Sevier there than to every other part of the country.

During this period, i wear light cloth so to help me stay safe and not to sewate too much and it helps the air to penetrate in my body and make me feel comfortable.

The amount of water i take during this summer season is much because as im saewting, the water in my body is reducing so i have to replace it. To enable the body function properly and maintain energy level. I also eat enough fruits especially those ones that contains water example cucumber, watermelon and pineapples.

Opening the windows and cutins for ventilation of air to make the house a little bit cooler and making use of the fan also to enable the air serculate well. And making sure that im done with cookings so that the heat will reduce before my bed time.

Taking bathe more than three times too to make me feel comfortable especially when im n the house.

 Finally,

Both the raining and summer season is good because it supplies photosynthesis to our corps which makes it to grow well and supply food to us. I really do appreciate it. But for now, my country is on the raining season and it rains almost every day and by two months time from now, we will be facing the summer season.
