<br>Temporary defeat is not peculiar to you alone. Almost everyone has got to face it at least once in a lifetime. Do not accept to stay down because you got knocked down. Dust yourself up and keep trying. 

Life is not a bed of roses where you'll never encounter challenges. Your ability to overcome these challenges is what will make you a winner. 

There is certainly nothing wrong in failing. There is nothing wrong in encountering defeat. But everything is wrong if you decide to remain defeated or continue to live as a failure. Learn to always pick yourself up and keep pushing until you attain your desired result.
