The only time your presence would be valued in a person's life is when you add value to that person. If you don't add value to a person life, you would be disposed like disposable cups NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE.

This is very very true. I sometimes feel bad and even angry whenever my best friend feels that way.  I will sure communicate this to her.

I really love your attitude young lady you should go to schools and teach other young women this self esteem. I mean you are giving really good lessons to all your followers. Not taking people for granted and not letting yourself be taken for granted. Great lessons. They say you don't know what you got until its gone and that is so true.

Thank you so much for this wonderful motivational speech ,..... i used to be in an emotional abusive relationship, i though i could not move on or find some one else, i keep thinking he will change, any way he didn't change, i walked away but i  almost damaged my self in the process, because i thought i was never gonna be good enough for any on, now i know better,,

The truth remains we are not irreplaceable , you'd even get shocked on how quickly you were replaced. There are people that are yet to admit this.

You are very correct we are actually irreplaceable  but inferiority complex sometimes makes some people very others are better than them.

No one is irriplaceable indeed. Friendship, workship,partnership,relationship, whatever-ship we might find ourselves,we should recognize; it is value for value.

But sometimes, the hole they created in us  cannot be filled by another person. But that doesnt make them irriplaceable.

You are right on this ma. Every one can be replaced that is why you see someone that died, give the family a week or so, they will gradually forget such even happend @ogoowinner

Some bosses think they are doing their staff a favor  by employing us. I mean, who do they think they are, like we can't get something better else where? 
One day he'll come to the office and realise all his employees are gone.
I already left tho.... 
I replaced him with a better boss

This is absolute truth. Nobody is irreplaceable. Just like you make people know they are very replaceable we should also know that we are not irreplaceable. Hence we should try to value whoever we are with or whatever position we find ourselves and use it well because like magic, you can be kicked out and another brought in.
