# Hi Steemit!

## First things first, I am a bloody amateur, but I love photography and try to do my best to improve.

## I would like to share a scene I captured in the Andes not far from Putre, Chile. It is one of my favourites, well, maybe because the whole day was a brilliant adventure. We started in Putre, and drove up to the Salar de Surire enjoying the fantastic landscape.

## After some hours at >4,000 m altitude I started to feel sick and it got worse and worse over the day. On the way back, in the evening, I started to talk gibberish - well, don't mess with the altitude! However, it was worth it. At sunset, we had this unbelievable view I tried to capture with this photo - also to be sure it wasn't just a hallucination.

## I played around with this image for a while and I am not so sure if I should even try to "improve" it. Nature is so beautiful itself. Below you find the original photo, then a second one with some slight changes, and cropped version with some more changes. Which one is your favorite? What would you suggest to get the most out of it?
