Most times when unexpected things happen, people maybe thinking that it is end of life but they only say this because it's very difficult to go away with it and this is as results of disorganized and our oral bad behavior in the society, when unimaginable things happen you should be able to understand how to find a solution to it without putting yourself into another problems that can claim your life and the material things you proceed.

You don't need to be panic or depressed but what you need to do is to be calm, patience and find a way to tackle those difficulties and you can do this by find someone who can be with you and share with you a true life experiences and giving an elements of a good news but when the things continue to happen repeatedly then you can seek helps from a religious leaders, physiological expect or a social cultural leaders.

However, individuals are so upset to whatever happened to them that comes negativity but they forgot when things are moving smoothly for them before the resilience occurred to them and they relent to have a great heart to tackle the situation at hands, we need to understand the concept of unexpected events and find a way to find a way to leave them without having so many difficult times in the process. 

However, People used to said that it is only the emotional things that can make people or individuals believe that it's really end of life but believe me it has as a result of our resilience though it is not a bad things for someone to weep when unexpected things happen because this is one of the factors that can make them about the bad and release them from the emotions but we need to forget it shows that our life will be much better.

Before I drop my pen for today, we all need to understand that it is very important to focus on a good side of your problems by providing a great self-esteem through social activities likes reading, calling friends, exercising and move together with your friends and family during this time and always understand that it is never the end of life but a mere steps to your successful and a gateways to your achievement.
