Well you see nutrients are your life,many are very important  for good health and most you can get from foods all you need to do is eat a well balanced diet but .ost people do not, you see every body wants to take a pill to make everything ok not going to happen thats why 75% of people in the world are on some kind of meds.But what im going to cover here is the most common nutrients that most people have deficiencies in the first one is Iodine which is needed for normal thyroid function and hormones you see thyroid hormones are needed for brain development  plus also bone health plus help with your metabolic rate you see this nutrient is the most common in deficiencies in the world thats right Iodine,and symptoms are like enlarged thyroid glands plus increase in your heart rate too and may be shortness of breath.Foods that can help here are like Seaweed,and Fish,yogurt and also eggs plus some countries but iodine in there salt which has reduced the severity of this issue.
