Let's Have Some Fun

Summers are short up here Nord and the city try to organize as many festivals as possible. 

They want happy citizens. And earn some money on the way too. 

On the radio, I heard the commercial for an upcoming event.  

Last year we visited a festival called K-Days in Edmonton.

While living in Slovenia I only saw this kind of stuff on TV in movies from the '80s.  

 These photos I took in the morning when they were still setting things on, but the next day with the crowd of people I had a feeling like I playing a roll in one of these movies.

I don't know why but every time when I get to an event like this one I make stupid decisions that leave my stomach feeling sick till the end of the day. It consists of unhealthy foods like deep fried Oreo's and a single roller coaster ride. I am soon reminded I am not a kid any more :D

Oh wow. We have one of these every year in the fall. We call them state fairs in the states. Looks very similar. In addition to rides, food, etc ours typically also have an agricultural aspect to them like who can grow the biggest pumpkin. They are fun-ish. My kids like to go at least.
