### Yesterday I got a bunch of Macrolepiota mushrooms which I call umbrellas.<br>

I would like to share a step by step preparation suggestion with you:
### The recipe very simple:

1. Boil previously washed mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes
2. Use some oil and fry chopped onions till they turn golden in a pan
3. Squiz water out for the mushrooms, cut them and add to the pan
4. Fry for a little while, add sourcream and close the lid, let everything simmer for another 5 minutes
5. These mushrooms can be served as a great pasta sauce and will also go well with any side dish

I`m still experimenting with  a different depth of field in my pictures and wondering how real food photographers use it.
