It is small small world

With the Steemit platform the world seems smaller place, right? 
I am not experienced blogger or social media user, at least not before I discovered Steemit.
I do have accounts on twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Vimeo, LinkedIn and few more, but never use them on a daily basis as I do Steemit, I never met through those platforms any friends and never communicated with that much people from all over the world.

I am here almost 2 years and learned a lot. Through Steemit I discovered new world,*(crypto world)* new type of people, very friendly and helping community willing to help, to give advice, opened for discussion, creative, with big knowlege in areas where I am not good.

I noticed that I am not reading that much news sites anymore and not watching tv news as before,I feel like I can get everything right here, I feel like I traveled the world a few times already in this 2 yers, tested so many different national foods, that I know the political or economic situation in every country Steemit users coming from, that I participate in birth of something big.

It is nice to be part of the world from my living room and to watch thing happening  thrugh window*(read screen)*

With Steemit I improved my English, *(it is still the language most people communicate with in the today world)* But one of the biggest benefits of all it is the fact that I made friendships with people from all araound the globe and I feel if I go travel somewhere that I can count on some Steemian friend helping me with the tips and worm welcome. It is like to have Embassy in every corner of the world.

So my conclusion is that Steemit make the world small, small place for all Steemians.

Dear, you are in some exceptional mood today! 🙂 
I can see through my (real) window it's a sunny day outside. Probably quite cold (as I'm still not strong enough to go out and taste the real feel, so I'm just guessing), but still sunny, and that raises a positivity. 

Apart from that, I'm trying to figure out where did you take those photos. I would place my bet for the town, but where exactly I can't figure out. I just don't recall I have ever walked through that promenade with the globe, and I would like to know where it is. 😉

Yes, today I woke up like this, hahahah
It was sunny but cold, I know that because I spent day outside on the training for my puppy dog :)

I couldn't agree any less with you man.. I was even taken on a trip recently to Stockholm for like 26 hours by @peterveronika and then a festival by @mammasitta while still physically in Nigeria.. oh and so many other places by @sweetssj lol.. steemit is indeed making the world smaller

Yes , Iv'e been here 8 months with no social media experience and  have found what you say true. Steemit is great way to learn what's happening in the world straight from the people, with no spin or propaganda from the news media.
