Steemit addiction - proper way to use it

Helo Steemit Addicts,
I am here for almost two years and yes I am Steemit addict.!
I trayed not to open the site today, not to give any upvote - My VP is low, not to make a post today, not to open discord, not to read any post and guess what - I did it all!

In the beginning, it was understandable, everything was new, you start to meet people more intensively, you search the possibilities off the platform, watch incoming upvotes and all the stuff you been through I bealive :)
I am here some time and I feel the same, spending lot of time, about 8-10 hours, start to neglect my job and family. 
So why I am writing this post, 
I am sure many of you feel the same and do the same, I would like to find a proper way to use this great platform but without side effects, I am experiencing right now. I enjoy it maybe to much :)
I would like to learn from more experienced ones how to become better Steemian and better to my self and sounding.
Sometimes I make 3 posts per day just to feel the rush, it is not because of money it looks more like spamming!
# So I will tell you my decisions and new rules for me, please do tell me am I on the right path.
- I will make one post per day
- I will be here only for certain hours (not more than 3)
- I will support people with content I like and try to find new ones
- I will reply to all comments but not right away as I do now- I feel like it is my obligation to reply right away

First of all, woow 2 years already? that's a long time :D congrats!
I know what you mean, I was 'addicted'  on Facebook and I managed to somehow spend less time on it.
So thumbs up if you decided to not spend that much time here (don't get me wrong, I love Steemit).
